I’ve just heard it announced on Virgin
Radio news and read about it on the web. Paul
Godier has been replaced as the MD of London
Underground. Just after Ken Livingstone takes over after the introduction
of PPP funding. It just makes me feel a bit sad. I’ve been following the tube
for ages as it kinda interests me (even though I’ve probably only been on it
about 20 times
) and he’s been a
pretty cool dude. He seems to actually care about making it into the kick ass
system it should be. It’s not been reported on thetube.com, yet. I hope that
doesn’t get dumbed down and isn’t so ‘frank and real’ with the new American
MD. I like it when companies are nice and open and tell you about what’s going
on!
I’m odd, y’know?
