Here’s a quick one before I head off to a Systems + Database Analysis lecture. Sounds fun, doesn’t it? .

Right, walking to the library from another building I had four different people try to give me leaflets advertising clubs, drinks etc.

WHY!?!

a) it pisses me off that I have to keep my hands in my pockets and pick a route that avoids most of them.

b) the majority of people that are unfortunate enough to be given one walk 10 metres and drop it on the floor, leaving a massive shitty looking area.

c) it must cost a fair bit to print these off and I don’t imagine they get much back from them (going on how many are on the floor!)

d) not everyone wants to go to a club and buy 1 get 15 drinks free. Stop giving me them!

e) just, NO!

*breathes* Much better. They really piss me off.

Does this happen round all universities?
