Charlotte is laying on my bed about a metre away from me and sorta sleeping, she’s had a hard day, bless her. For those of you that still don’t know, we are back together. It was too hard trying to deny that we loved each other and too hard trying to pretend that were better that way. Denial of the truth? Maybe, but life is short we should take the route that makes us the most happiest and for the foreseeable future that route is with :charl: at my side. Why deny myself the right to be happy just because most people think it is wrong? *shrugs*
We went to Merry Hill yesterday to try and pick something for Father’s Day for our dad’s. Charlotte is sorted but I’ve still not got anything for Martyn or ‘real’-Dad. There really isn’t anything better in my life that spending a day doing nothing with Charlotte, driving with her by my side, browsing shops whilst she gets excited over clothes, makeup and of course Mr. Tatty Teddy! Charlotte got her Dad a chocolate car from Thorntons and I got some wrapping paper and a Tatty Teddy card from Clinton’s. So all in all not a very productive shopping trip for the fathers but I got a cool cheap as chips T-shirt and :charl: got quite a few little bargains. But yeh it was great to spend a day in the Sun with Charl. Although I did catch a tan and I hate that. I guess I’m odd for hating a tan, but that’s me. Odd and odder.
I have to tell you (Charlotte demands that I do) about the mystery evening we had on Sunday. Which was very much needed (bad english - I know) as I’d had a rather long day at work. She rang me at 7 and I went to pick her up from her Dad’s and then we went for Pizza which we ate whilst watching an odd man with his kite on Viccy Park which was actually quite nice and quiet a peace from the screaming little kids I’d had all day!
After eating we went to the Cinema to watch Bringing down the house. It started out a bit average but I think in the end it was quite a cool film, mostly helped by a certain someone. “I’m gonna kick the bulimea out of you!”
There are some good lines in that. I suggest if you’re looking for a laugh that’s what you should go see.
Other films that I want to see at the moment are: Bruce Almighty, Hot Chick and Anger Management.
However, still none of them were as amazing as Old School with Will Ferrell! You’re my boy, Blue!
Dust in the wind,
