Oh, I’ve had such a terrible week. Not content with having to pay nearly a hundred pounds to have my car fixed. Turned out to be the water pump and a couple of bits which he’s fixed. The car sounds and drives a lot better now, so it was definately something that needed to be done. But the money .

As I wrote in an entry last week I’m trying to get a loan so that I can buy a nice nearly-new car that should last me a bit longer and enable me to drive much further without worrying whether I’ll get there and back in one piece. Thankfully I’ve got AA cover, which is nice. But a nice reliable car would be good.

I got turned down by Alliance + Leicester, Egg and HSBC, because I’m a student. I’ve tried with Tesco and submitting my non-student bank details. But I think it’ll end up with the same response, “We have considered your application, but unfortuantely we are unable to offer you a loan at this time.”

No idea what I’m gonna do, the Tax is up at the end of the next month as is the MoT.

So, it’s all a bit buggered here. Was hoping to pay off the credit card which HSBC have royally fucked over. I hate credit.
