Firstly can I just say “FUCK YOU” to the UK Postal Service for deciding to have a strike today, the day that I wanted to pick up the replacement screen for my n73 which has been out of action for about two weeks due to me somehow putting a huge crack down the screen. This band from the Uni of Ohio I hadn’t heard about before a couple of weeks back when I was listening to Sky.fm quite a bit and it kept coming up on the playlist. It’s catchy and the video is pretty cool featuring some funky backward / forwards shots. You might like it, you never know!

This NZ band became “famous” when this song was featured in an iPod commercial. The song is a good sing a long if you can song and the video is just pure knitting genius.

The anthem to my life? Most possibly. A cool video sat up on top of a tall bridge and standing in front of a load of traffic. The acoustic sessions video is pretty cool, too.

Again, another Sky.fm discovery. This band is comprised of some ex-Starbuck’s employees who used to play for their coffee addicted customers. The song has been used as the theme tune for the (unknown?) reality TV show “8th and Ocean.” Yeh, I’ve never heard of it either. Anyways, a good song.

The lyrics from the song have been used as a few of my titles lately and this was a song that I never really liked when I first heard it but I accidentally put it on a CD that I made for the car and it just grew on me. Weird video and the girl isn’t as cute as the one’s in all their other videos, but y’know still a good song.
