But if ever you should stray…

moo…just sing along and I will play

So, I’m up and not ready for work but I’m just feeling so lazy this morning. Maybe it was all the cheese & crackers I ate last night? Most probably. Or I’m just a lazy son of a bitch, generally.

Anyways it’s Friday so here is five songs. Enjoy.

Stereo Fuse - Everything (Video)
‘cause i would give everything that i own
i’d give you my love and this heart made of stone
the sun the moon the earth the sky the motorcycle that i like to ride
i would do anything

Stereo Fuse is a 3 piece “post grunge” band from Dallas, Texas in the good ol’ US of A. This song is about five years old now and was a huge hit in America, and subsequently, on internet radio at the time and it keeps cropping back up into playlists every so often like it did last night for me. Liked it then, like it now. The video is good and the girl is cute when she cries… but what did they do that was so bad?!

Nine Days - Absolutely (Story of a girl) (Video)
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looks so sad in photographs
I absolutely love her

I’m sure I’ve mentioned Nine Days before. If not, they’re five guys in a rock band from New Yourke and the other songs I like are “If I am” and “Good Friend.” This song used to get played a lot as C used to like it. The video is another of those one person can make a whole chain of events happen. So remember that when taking your next bath ;)

Anna Nalick - In the rough (Video)
I turn around three times and wound up at your door
Now you say you know all you did not know before
And I offer no sympathy for that
I hear that it was you who died alone

From Anna’s debut (and only so far) album “Wreck of the day” this song was released a few years back but I’ve only just heard it on Sky.fm, literally twenty minutes ago. It’s got a bit of a Kelly Clarkson feel to it, but I feel that would be being a bit harsh to the cute young girl. Yay for curly hair, although she looks cute in the straight ones on her site. All three of her singles have been featured on Grey’s Anatomy. I really am tempted to watch the show just for the song recomendations. And the cute Sandra Oh.

Matchbox Twenty - How Far We’ve Come (Video
i’m waking up at the start of the end of the world
but it’s feeling just like every other morning before
now i wonder what my life is gonna mean if it’s gone

How could I do one without the new Matchbox Twenty single. From the forthcoming album, Exile on Mainstream, it’s How Far We’ve Come. Alas, no video so I’ve put up a video that isn’t just images of the band. More of a compilation of past videos. I like the double drum kit that makes it feel more upbeat. And the fact it mentions the world ending, fantastic. Anyways… yay for October.

Hot Hot Heat - Goodnight Goodnight (Video)
I’ve given up on social niceties
I threw ‘em out when I threw out your keys
Along with all your records I can’t stand
You never even listen to any one of them

It’s hot hot heat. The lead singer with a huge afro. Old song, but love it. Pretty much all I have to say about that.

To those that like it, Double Gloucester with Onion cheese is on offer in ASDA at the minute. Come join me for some crackers?

Anyways dwellers of the huge holes in Emmental. Have a good day y’all!

might be going for a pizza hut later!!!
